1. General

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all sales made through our online store.

We ship worldwide from Spain using reliable courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Customs Duties & Taxes: If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We do not control or collect these fees. Please check with your local customs office before purchasing.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing or courier issues.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
Returns are only accepted for defective products covered under our warranty (see below).
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at contact@drosoflipper.com for authorization.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Our products undergo strict quality control, but if something goes wrong, we offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we usually include some extra complimentary items with each order. These serve as a courtesy gift and as a backup in case of unexpected issues.
The warranty covers product malfunctions due to factory defects but does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs.
